Sonoma County Energy Watch (SCEW), Napa County Energy Watch (NCEW), Mendo-Lake Energy Watch (MLEW) and Solano County Energy Watch (SEW) are Local Government Partnerships between Pacific Gas & Electric Company and their respective counties. These programs are implemented by TEAA and funded by California utility customers and administered by PG&E, under the auspices of the California Public Utility Commission.
The Energy Alliance (TEAA) has been providing energy conservation services for the commercial, non-profit, and government sectors since 2003.
TEAA is a Sonoma County small business headquartered in Santa Rosa. We're a mom-and-pop business just like you. With fewer than 10 employees, we understand the challenges facing small businesses today.
Through the Energy Watch programs in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake and Solano counties, we help utility customers use their resources wisely by creating and managing custom, cost-effective energy conservation programs and strategies that fit your needs. We also serve Marin Clean Energy customers and can now assist many businesses within PG&E's service territory outside of our select counties.
