TEAA's commercial energy conservation program, the Energy Savers Program (ESP), brings energy efficiency solutions to California's small businesses with the support of trade associations, utilities and regulatory agencies. The program is managed by licensed professional engineers and energy efficiency experts.

The ESP is funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by Pacific Gas & Electric under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission, through a contract awarded to The Energy Alliance Association. ESP subsidizes energy efficient lighting retrofits and air conditioning tune-ups for small businesses throughout Northern California.

The Energy Savers Program has also been designated as a Partner by the EPA's ENERGY STAR for Small Business Program, and won a Certificate of Recognition from the Governor of California on behalf of the statewide Flex Your Power program.
